We start with a conversation (in person, phone or email). I'll ask questions about your business, your goals, your audience, and what you need — so I can fully understand the project before anything else. This is the most important step and I never skip it.

Before I design anything, I take time to understand your brand — your personality, values, and how you want to be perceived. If you have existing brand assets like a logo, fonts, or colours, I'll ask you to share these so everything I create stays consistent.

Depending on the project, I'll research your industry and competitors to make sure the work I produce is distinctive, relevant, and positioned correctly for your market.

This is where the work happens. I'll develop design concepts based on everything I've learned in the earlier stages — always with your business goals and audience front of mind.

I'll present your designs for feedback and we'll refine from there. I believe in open, honest communication at this stage — your input is important and I want you to be genuinely happy with the outcome.

Once everything is approved, I'll prepare and deliver your finished files in the formats you need — whether that's print-ready artwork, logo files, or a live website ready to launch.
